Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” – Rabbi Moses ben Maimon, philosopher
Research by the World Bank shows that the acquisition of skills are key for poverty reduction, economic recovery, wealth creation and sustainable development. TVET comprises formal, non-formal and informal learning for the world of work. We support young people, women and men to learn knowledge and skills from basic to advanced levels across a wide range of institutional and work settings and in diverse socio-economic contexts.
